This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed on soznique.com and shipped by Soznique.
Where we ship
We ship to the United Kingdom, European Union member states, and selected international destinations shown at checkout. If your country is not listed, please contact us at enquiries@soznique.com before ordering.
Processing times
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Bespoke or made-to-order pieces may require additional production time; we will confirm the expected dispatch date when you order.
Delivery estimates
- United Kingdom — usually 2–5 business days after dispatch.
- European Union — usually 5–10 business days after dispatch.
- Rest of world — usually 7–21 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and customs processing.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control do not entitle you to cancel an order once it has been dispatched, except as provided by law.
Shipping costs
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and the service selected. Any applicable VAT or sales tax is shown before you complete payment.
Customs, duties, and import charges (non-UK/EU)
Orders delivered outside the UK and EU may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the recipient's responsibility unless explicitly included at checkout.
Tracking
Where available, we will email a tracking number when your order is dispatched.
Failed delivery and incorrect addresses
Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect address details. If a parcel is returned to us due to failed delivery, we will contact you to arrange re-dispatch (additional shipping may apply) or a refund excluding original shipping costs.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your order appears lost or arrives damaged, contact us at enquiries@soznique.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date or upon receipt. We will investigate with the carrier and resolve the issue in line with our Refund policy and your statutory rights.
